Age:
25 moons
Rank:
Deputy (Leader?)
Gender:
female
Clan:
Riverclan
Personality:
Icestars world is hard to understand, and to some, nearly impossible. This gives her an air of mystery, making her quite fascinating and formidable. She always wants to understand more than she can see. Her interest in all things dark and mysterious, as well as her eagerness to solve any type of mystery, has gotten her into many tough situations, wich, instead of slithering through them, she's had to fight her way through.
This enigmatic she-cat is very competitive and persistent, and in general, very head-strong. She pursues her goals vigorously, but with logic. She never gives up, even when she has reached her capacity, and sometimes even pushes beyond it. She is neither easy on herself, nor on others, which sometimes makes dealing with her difficult. On the other hand, you can always count on her support even long after you've given up.
Icestar is capable of the most intense emotions, both good and bad. Though mostly she may always seem consumed by rage or sorrow, or even guilt, she can also feel deep bonds of friendship, as well as the strongest love. But usually she is very hesitant to reveal this love, wich can be very discouraging and frustrating to others. She always takes her time to develop trust for someone before she can reveal her true feelings to them, and only then can there be a strong alliance.
Icestar is very reliable, and will go through thick and thin with those she is loyal to. When she pledges loyalty to you, it's for life, and you will have her un-dying support no matter what. If you detatch yourself and do even the most horrible things, at least one small part of her will always be supportive of you
Description:
Blue-green orbs, fluid like water; The colors dance and shimmer, drawing all your attention to these beautiful eyes. Eyes so colorful and full of life, and yet so cold they could freeze you. They suck you in, drowning you in whirlpools of sorrow and anger, making you choke. They freeze you on the spot, making you unable to move under the weight of her stare. You can feel the frost chilling your heart, piercing it like icicles.
Such dangerous eyes should not be placed upon such a beautiful face, a face fitted for an angel. But this face, corrupted by violence and age, has become that of a trapped demon. A fake smile is plastered upon it, and at first it may seem genuine, but when you look beyond the shining teeth, you can see that this smile is forced to spread scross the rounded muzzle of this white warrior.
This decieving face is placed upon a lithe white body, covered with soft white fur, under wich ripples the muscles of a strong warrior, making her look as if she was made from the clouds in the sky. Icestar, if you hadn't yet realized, is a very strong, and in some ways very dangerous, cat, and has a large set of cruel claws to match the rest of her. These claws, like the rest of her body, are white, making them somewhat transparent. These invisible claws, though seemingly very clean, are no virgins to blood.
History:
Kithood
Icefur was born into Riverclan to a very loving mother, Mosspool, and a somewhat awkward father, Frozenhazel. Her sister, Snowkit, was somewhat unpleasant, but from their birth, Icekit always had her sisters back. Since the first day of her life, Icekit started developping a strong personality. She was always active, interested, and eager to learn. She was always discovering life and testing boundaries, and, like her mother, wasn't afraid to try or challenge anything.
Apprenticeship
Kithood sped by quickly, and soon the kits were apprenticed. From her first day, Icepaw was somewhat of a pest, but she was the fastest learner anyone had ever seen. Her mind absorbed knowledge like a sponge, and her probing questions often disturbed her mentor. Whenever she asked a particularly disturbing question, she was often ignored, and then punished. In the face of this unfairness, she quickly showed an active and energetic side, and fought not only for herself, but for her peers as well. She became popular among her fellow apprentices quickly, and was somewhat of a leader to them. It was like they had their own little clan within the clan.
Icepaw explored everything so profoundly, she seemed to "dissect" everything to understand exactly what was going on around her. When something baffled her, she would work endlessly to figure it out. Sometimes it would get her into trouble, leading her straight into the territories of other clans, but because of the gathering,s she was even popular among the apprentices of the other clans. She had good connections everywhere, even a couple of shadowclan apprentices had become her friends. Her friends were like, her keys to the secrets of the other clans. But, due to her strong loyalty, she would never betray them to anyone, not even her other friends.
New mysteries and wonders seemed to pop up from everywhere for Icepaw, and the most rewarding mystery she ever unravelled was the mystery of Turbidpaw. He was always so quiet, so solitary, so mysterious. All the more reason for Icepaw to want to get to know him. He admired her, just like everyone else, but the strange look in his eyes when he looked at her just seemed to entrance her. She started to speak to him all the time, and she told him everything. Soon, he seemed to open up to her, and they became very close.
Warriorhood
Soon, Icepaw became Icefur, soon after Turbidpaw had become Turbidpool. The two were soon given apprentices of their own, Salmonpaw and Otterpaw. Icefur handled Salmonpaw well, teaching the young tom about fairness and standing up for what he believes in, and in many ways he was much like his mentor. Turbidwaters often accompanied the two with Otterpaw, who always seemed to learn so quickly, and was always trying to make things better. Soon, though, Turbidwaters began to disappear often. When Icefur asked Otterpaw where Turbidwaters took her, the young she-cat said they were training in private. Icefur then asked Turbidwaters where they were always going, and he claimed that he hunted better alone, and trained Otterpaw better when there were no distractions. Icefur, always trusting his every word, didn't ask any more questions until one day he came home with strange scents on his fur. When she aksed again where he'd been, he said he was patroling with Otterpaw because he'd scented rogues and wanted her to learn their scent for future references. His claims were supported by a couple of other partols. One day, Turbidwaters came back looking like he'd been in a pretty bad scrap, and he claimed that the rogues had killed Otterpaw. Everyone was quite shaken up by that. Soon, the rogues became a constant threat, and Turbidwaters seemed to become a bit over-protective of Icefur, always accompanying her to train Salmonpaw. Soon, Salmonpaw was ready for his warrior ceremony, and Icefur found she was pregnant with Turbidwaters kits. in addition to this good news, the rogues seemed to disappear.
Motherhood
It wasn't long before Leafbare came, and towars the end of the season, Icefur bore four kits: Silverkit, Wolfkit, Hazelkit and Otterkit, Otterkit in honor of the apprentice Turbidwaters lost. Turbidwaters became fiercely protective of them, but one night the rogues struck again, stealing all four of Icefurs kits. She was devastated, and Turbidwaters promised to her he would find them and bring them home. Again, the rogues seemed to disappear, but Icefur had a feeling it wasn't over yet. And she was right, because, one morning, the Riverclan deputy turned up dead. The clan was being torn apart by the misfortune that had fallen upon them, but the one thing that brought them together was the decision to make Icefur deputy.
Deputyship
After Icefur became deputy, things seemed to be more peaceful. It was like a gift from Starclan. Then Turbidwaters disappeared. Everyone thought he was dead, but they were wrong. Icefur, while out hunting one day, saw him and Otterpaw talking to Salmonstripe. She stalked up to them, staring with disbelief at Otterpaw. Turbidwaters looked shocked when she approached, and he tried to explain things, but Icefur was angry. She asked why Otterpaw was here, because everyone thought the apprentice was dead. Turbidwaters said that Otterpaw hadn't really died, and the rogues had taken her to live with them. Icefur couldn't believe her ears! Salmonstripe turned to Icefur, saying that Turbidwaters told him he'd joined the rogues to bring Otterpaw and the kits back, and they wanted Salmonstripes help. Remembering how savage the rogues had seemed, she asked Otterpaw why they killed the deputy. The other she-cat froze, glancing uncertainly towards Turbidwaters. Icefur realized she wasn't going to get the truth from either of the two former Riverclan cats, and brought Salmonstripe back to camp with her.
After that, Icefur was a changed cat. She trusted nobody, and worked hard to make her clan fit so they could drive the rogues away once and for all. She and Salmonstripe, the only cat she knew for sure she could trust, followed a scent trail all the way to the territory of the rogues, and Icefur was overjoyed to see her kits there, alive. But not all was well. The rogues were horribly sick, and so were the kits. Otterpaw and Turbidwaters had been helping them steal herbs, trying their best to heal the enemy, but nothing was working. They had been planning to use the kits as a ransom, but they were so weak, tehy feared attack. While they weren't paying attention, Icefur and Salmonstripe snatched the kits and brought them back to camp.
Unfortunately, though the kits were being taken good care of by the queens and medicine cat, they slowly faded away one by one. First Otterkit, then Hazelkit, then Wolfkit. Only Silverkit remained, and to Icefurs joy the tiny she-kit was improving greatly. Meanwhile, the clan was growing stronger, and they were ready to drive the rogues away once and for all. Serpentstar, the leader of Riverclan, brought a patrol to find the rogues and take back everything else that had been stolen, but when they got there all the cats there were half-dead. Disgusted and horrified, the clan cats returned home, convinced it was all over.
Leadership

Unfortunately, it wasn't over. The sickness the rogues carried had affected Serpentstar, and he died only a few days after his return. Icefur became Icestar, and with the power of Starclan on her side, she vows not to let anything bad happen to her or her daughter, Silverkit, ever again.
IC Example:
A pure white pelt, velvety smooth, was visible through the reeds. The angelic form sat still as a stone as her amazing blue-green eyes watched the water intently. Flashes of silver under the surface indicated the presence of fish, obviously the lithe she-cats chosen prey. As the fish swam ever so close to the rocks, there was a flash of white, and vicious claws slapped down onto the fish as it flopped into the shore.
Icefur bit the fish close to its gills, watching them rise and fall as the creature struggled to breathe in the dry air. She watched it in its struggle to survive, remembering her kits re-acting the same way when they had finally returned home. She remembered the sickness that had wreaked havoc upon her kits and leader, and upon the rogues that had taken everything from her.
Rogues. The one thing that never seemed to go away. Clan cats died and faded into the past, but rogues were always wreaking havoc, at all seasons. The trouble they'd caused her already, costing her her mate, and all but one of her kits. Silverkit... Her only surviving daughter. She would soon be old enough to be an apprentice. But who could be trusted to train the tiny kit? She needed someone gentle but still firm, and someone who could be there at all times to protect her, someone who wouldn't mind answering any of her questions, no matter how disturbing. And most of all, Someone Icefur could trust with her daughters life.
'That will be hard to find...' she thought bitterly.
